Oli is a specialist sports and MSK physiotherapist with more than 15 years’ experience across Olympic sport, professional sport and private practice.
Across four Olympic cycles, from London 2012 to Paris 2024, he held lead and senior roles with the English Institute of Sport, (British Triathlon | British Athletics | UKA) and Team GB | BOA (Tokyo 2020 Games), supporting Olympic athletes through injury, rehabilitation and return to competition.
Alongside elite sport, Oli has held consultancy roles in private healthcare settings, including Harley Street, and has particular expertise in running injuries, bone stress injuries, tendinopathy,, lower-limb rehabilitation and spinal presentations.
Now based in Wetherby and Harrogate, Oli brings the same detailed assessment, clinical reasoning and objective rehabilitation used in elite sport to help recreational athletes and active individuals across Yorkshire.
His no-nonsense approach is clear: identify the factors contributing to the problem, measure what matters and build a structured plan to help you return to training, performance and long-term physical resilience.
